Through this wine, we wanted to put in the glass the people who worked the soil, who cultivated the vineyard, who harvested the grapes and who turned them into wine: it is a dream come true. To let all this speak for itself in the glass, we decided to use grapes grown with minimal external intervention, so the only viable solution was to use organic produce.

Red wine made from organic grapes with an intense red colour. On the nose, red berry fruity notes combine with spicy hints. On the palate it is well-developed, well-structured, velvety and elegant in its fruity notes with sweet hints of cocoa.

| Characteristics | Intense ruby red colour. On the nose, aromas of raisin and red fruit with delicate scents of vanilla and chocolate. On the palate, it is full, harmonic and round with a persistent finish. |
| Winemaking | After the grapes have been harvested, a long maceration takes place in order to extract more colour, tannins and primary aromas. Once the maceration is over, the wine is separated from the lees and completes its fermentation in steel tanks at a temperature of 22-24 °C. A part of this wine is aged in barrique, enriching the wine with toasted and spicy notes. |
