We have researched the typical Italian flavors and aromas to develop this aromatic sweet wine with a golden color and honey notes. The great classic that never goes out of fashion, also appreciated by the ancient Greeks, responds very well to modern taste.

Winemaking | Grapes are crushed, then softly pressed, in order to extract only primary aromas. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (16/18°C). Later, sugar and selected yeasts are added. Once, the residual sugar level is reached, the second fermentation is stopped by refrigeration. |
