Gold yellow wine. It has a good intensity, a delicate aroma of honey typical of this variety. On the palate, it’s pleasantly sweet, well-balanced and harmonious.

Winemaking Grapes are crushed, then softly pressed, in order to extract only primary aromas. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (16/18°C). Later, sugar and selected yeasts are added. Once, the residual sugar level is reached, the second fermentation is stopped by refrigeration.
