Over the past few years, Primitivo has become a fashionable vine variety, but we have been vinifying it for decades, so we know all the vineyards of Puglia. Targeted harvesting of the grapes and respectful processing of the fruit allow us to obtain an outstandingly close-knit and concentrated wine.

Intense red wine produced exclusively with Primitivo grapes, with hints of black currant and blackberry on the nose and a mix of prunes in syrup, wild berries, chocolate and vanilla on the palate. The well-orchestrated tannic texture allows this fruit explosion to persist for a long time in the finish.

| Characteristic | Intense ruby red colour with violet reflections. Delicious bouquet with notes of ripe fruits and cherries. In the mouth is full, velvet and balanced, with a persistent finish. |
| Winemaking | Winemaking technique is characterized by a long skin maceration, then, the must undergoes the fermentation process in steel tanks at a controlled temperature (24°- 26°C). The wine is refined in barrique for a few months. |
